Founded and operated by Cameron Brown, a transportation and logistics professional dedicated to serving carriers.

A dispatch service helps truck drivers and carriers find loads, negotiate rates, handle paperwork, and manage communication with brokers and shippers. At SpeakEasy, we take care of the back-office work so you can focus on driving and delivering.

How do you charge for dispatching services?

Our rates are flexible and based on your needs, such as lanes, number of drivers, and services included. We typically charge a small percentage of the load (5% – 15%), but we also offer flat-fee-per-load options upon request.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts. Our goal is to earn your business every day by delivering reliable service, not by tying you down. You will have a 30 day trial period in which you can cancel at any time for any reason. After the trial period, you can still cancel at any time, all we require is a 2 week cancellation notice.

What kind of trucks do you work with?

We work with a wide range of equipment types including dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, power-only units, and box trucks. If you run it, we can help keep it moving.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

Yes! Our standard and premium packages include around-the-clock support, so you’ll always have help when you need it.

Can I choose my own loads?

Yes. You always have the final say on what loads you accept. We’ll present you with options that fit your preferences, and you decide what works best for you.

How do I know you’ll fight for fair rates?

At SpeakEasy, we believe drivers deserve better than the “take it or leave it” rates that are too common in this industry. We negotiate with brokers and shippers on your behalf to secure the highest rates possible while making sure your time and miles are respected. Your success is our success.
